Wow. What a weekend. Aaron Garrity sent us on our way with a speech that was unforgettable—keep your eyes open for a whole lot of Distributor organizations “Going Double.” He showed once again why he’s chairman & CEO of XANGO, empowering a whole auditorium full of people to double their volume, double their recruiting, double their business and double their checks. An amazing way to start XANGO’s NEXT 10 years.
Gordon Morton kicked the day off, opening General Session II with a rousing ramble that was somehow always on point. The man’s a master at holding a stage. He talked about what it means to Drive Your Own Dream, where XANGO will be in 10 more years, some of the new sales tools and the new Multimillion-Dollar Club. That’s an exciting distinction, no?
Joe Morton talked about the exciting Ignite 2013 event in Chicago before introducing the session’s keynote speaker, Dave Blanchard. Dave is an absolute legend in our industry. He’s whip-smart, super-successful and still very humble. Folksy, even. The kind of guy you’d like to sit down and have a shot of XANGO® Juice with. His message was powerful and timely, encouraging Distributors to decide, “Today I begin a new life.”
General Session III was the perfect blend of motivation, wisdom and fulfillment. We learned more about the upcoming Elevation cruise before Beverly Hollister opened hearts with her focus on XANGO Goodness. Compassionate giving has always been a cornerstone of XANGO, thanks in large part to the personal philosophies of people like Beverly.
We doled out some prizes and made a few final announcements before Sean Stephenson stole the show. He stands (sits) three feet tall and casts a mighty shadow. Born with a disease that brittled his bones and stunted his growth, he’s fought tooth and nail for a life of achievement, inspiration and hope. “Get off your BUTS,” he told us. Absolutely no excuses after seeing the places he’s gone and the lives he’s touched.
A wild weekend… It’s easy to see why they say “leaders are born at events.” Thank you, XANGO Nation, for your passion. Looking forward to spending the NEXT decade with you.
